Meet the Artist

Besides being an amazing craftsman Chava is the ¨Commandante de Los Bomberos¨ in Todos Santos. He has committed more than 25 years to helping people and continues to this day.

Chava started learning carpentry when he was 13 years old. He has become a master craftsman who makes gorgeous furniture inspired by the Mexican style.

Chava has realized his long-time dream of opening his own workshop/studio here in Todos Santos. Residing in a beautiful brick building, Chava’s Atilier is located on Alvaro Obregon between Raul Carillo and Cuauhtemoc.

Chava and his wife have three children; Frida, Alejandra and Sebastian, and thanks to his craftsman work he was able to help his children complete the University.
