Unlike some organizations, we operate without government or corporate backing, relying on individuals like you and the success of our events to fund scholarships, community programs, the library, and The Palapa school.
Your sponsorship is crucial in our mission. To simplify support, we’ve streamlined our sponsorship program to an annual donation request with flexible payment plans, aligning with your business goals.

As we plan for the 2023/24 Event Season, our goal is to raise $38,000 USD for production costs, aiming to double that through event revenue. Your partnership is integral to achieving this vision and impacting countless lives in our community.

Payments/Pledges:
To accommodate business cash flow, we offer a pledge program for incremental payments monthly during the 2023/24 high season. Please complete all payments by March 1, 2024. For pledge arrangements, contact Jamie Sechrist at jamie@palapasociety.org.

Do You Need a Factura?
We provide receipts inclusive of IVA. Provide your business information and RFC for issuance at the time of accepting sponsorship.
In-kind Donations:
If your in-kind donation falls short of the sponsorship level, please cover the remainder in cash. Examples include hotel rooms, space for events, airport transportation, and catering.
