Meet the Artist:

Hernán Lemus is a musician and percussionist with over ten years of experience, specializing in drums, timbales, and various hand drums. Originally from Sinaloa and a resident of Todos Santos since childhood, he began his musical journey in regional Mexican music, a foundation that has now evolved into a style that blends tropical fusion, jazz, and R&B, while remaining true to the roots of norteño music. He is part of projects such as Los Hijos del Trópico, Soul Tide, and Lumina, exploring diverse sonic languages from an open and constantly evolving perspective.

In addition to his work as a performer, he serves as the artistic director of Panteón 19 and is one of the managers of their recording studio. From this space, he fosters collective creative processes and projects that conceive of art as an act of encounter, participation, and community building in Todos Santos.
